Great story from Coach Early from Our Club X Cosmos Team:

Earlier this year I sent out a request for used soccer equipment to the club with the hope of making a difference. Tuesday I passed what we gathered to a representative who will be sending this stuff to the orphanage in Benin, Africa.

We were able to acquire an awesome amount of items which you see in the photos. 33 pairs of cleats and socks, 10 balls, a big box of Club X Tornado tournament t-shirts and ref jerseys. The list goes on.

Finally, I want to thank everyone who donated and spread the word for their support. Even though these kids are a world away we all are making a difference by giving a few things we didn't use. As a smaller club, things like this make us stronger. It is not about the name it is about the quality of the Club. This is another reason I am proud to be a part of Club X.
